BRIAN PLUMER

Brian Plumer is a dedicated family man and seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in business management and investment. He graduated from the University of Houston as a double major in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Political Science. He has accumulated 27 years of experience in the restaurant industry including ownership of two restaurants and 24 years in retail as a successful franchise owner.

In 2008, Brian embarked on his real estate journey with his first home flip, sparking a passion that has led him to utilize real estate as a vehicle to create both, passive income, as well as generational wealth. Over the past 16 years, he has applied his extensive business experience to real estate, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every venture building a portfolio to include investments in multifamily, self-storage and single-family homes encompassing over 2,200 Doors as a Limited Partner (LP) and as a General Partner (GP).
